Everything you need to know about DailyLeadPro — leads, pricing, data quality, and how it all works.

📋 General

Overview of what DailyLeadPro is, who it's for, and how to get started.

DailyLeadPro is a B2B lead generation platform that sells fresh leads sourced daily from official government APIs and public records. The core product is new business registration leads — newly filed companies across TX, FL, NC, and GA. Beyond that, a growing Data Hub covers 10 more categories: SBA loan recipients, federal contract awards, building permits, healthcare professionals, UCC filings, business bankruptcies, tax delinquent properties, pre-foreclosures, high equity homeowners, and mortgage origination market data. Everything runs on one universal credit wallet — $1 = 1 credit, usable on any category.

It's built for any business that sells to other businesses or to property owners, including:

  • B2B service sellers — contractors, accountants, cleaners, and tech vendors targeting newly formed businesses
  • Insurance agents and lenders — reaching SBA recipients, new entities, and contract awardees
  • Real estate investors — sourcing pre-foreclosure, high equity, and tax delinquent property owners
  • Healthcare vendors and recruiters — reaching licensed physicians, dentists, and pharmacists

New business registration leads currently cover TX, FL, NC, and GA — four of the highest-volume states for new filings. Most Data Hub verticals draw from federal or multi-state sources and offer national or near-national coverage, including SBA loans, federal contracts, healthcare professionals, mortgage market data, and business bankruptcies. Property-based categories like pre-foreclosure, high equity, and tax delinquent vary by county as new sources are verified. Email hello@dailyleadpro.com if you need a specific state or county prioritized.

Business registration leads are updated daily — new filings are added within 24 hours of being recorded in public records. Other verticals refresh on the schedule their source agency publishes: some weekly or monthly (SBA, federal contracts, permits), and some on a fixed annual cycle (HMDA mortgage data). In every case the data is only as current as the government source that releases it.

Skip tracing finds phone numbers and an email address for a lead using the name and address on record, then validates each number's line status (active, disconnected, or unverified) and Do-Not-Call flag. It is included automatically on select verticals only — pre-foreclosure, high equity, and tax delinquent — and is not included on most other categories. Healthcare professional leads come with a practice phone number directly from the NPI Registry, so they don't need skip tracing.

Every lead set is delivered as a CSV file, downloaded instantly after purchase — no email, no waiting. It's compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, and any CRM or dialer (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, and more), with clearly labeled column headers ready to import.

There is no free trial with downloadable leads. Creating an account is free and lets you browse categories and see live lead counts before you buy. When you're ready, one-time credit bundles start at $199 (250 credits) and monthly subscriptions start at $49/mo (65 credits) — both usable across every category.

Email hello@dailyleadpro.com. We respond within 24 hours, usually the same business day. There is no phone support or live chat at this time.

🏢 Business Leads

New business registrations from state Secretary of State and Division of Corporations records.

Every lead is a newly registered LLC, corporation, or business entity as recorded by the state Secretary of State or Division of Corporations. These are businesses that just formed — actively setting up operations, hiring vendors, and making purchase decisions. Reaching them at this moment gives you a timing advantage over competitors who only target established businesses.

Directly from official state government databases: the TX Secretary of State / Comptroller, FL Division of Corporations (Sunbiz), NC Secretary of State, and GA Secretary of State. The data is sourced at the origin rather than from third-party aggregators, so it's as accurate and fresh as the public record itself.

Business leads are priced by industry under the universal credit system ($1 = 1 credit):

  • Standard industries — $1/lead (1 credit): Restaurant / Food, Retail / Shop, Beauty / Salon, Cleaning / Maintenance, General Business, Education / Childcare, Entertainment / Events
  • Premium industries — $12/lead (12 credits): Real Estate, Construction, Healthcare, Finance / Insurance, Tech / IT, Transportation, Legal, Consulting / Services

Every business lead includes:

  • Business name and industry category
  • Registered agent name
  • Principal address (street, city, state, zip)
  • Filing / registration date
  • State of incorporation and filing source (profile) URL

Skip tracing — phone numbers, email, and DNC status — is an optional add-on available only on individual cart purchases, not on subscription or bundle downloads.

For business leads, skip tracing is an opt-in add-on available only when buying individual leads from the cart. Toggle it on before checkout and we'll append phone numbers, line status, DNC flags, and an email where available. It is not applied to subscription or bundle downloads of business leads — those deliver the standard registration fields. (Skip tracing is, however, included automatically on the pre-foreclosure, high equity, and tax delinquent property verticals.)

Yes. On the download page and the individual purchase cart you can pick a state and then a city within it. The available-lead count updates as you filter, and any lead you've already downloaded is excluded automatically so the same record never lands in your CSV twice.

🗂️ Data Hub

Specialized lead categories beyond business registrations — each sourced from its own government dataset.

The Data Hub is the collection of specialized lead categories beyond new business registrations. Each category is sourced from a different official government dataset and priced in credits from the same universal wallet, so you can spend one balance across any of them.

Ten categories, in addition to core business leads:

  • Pre-Foreclosure — homeowners behind on their mortgage (25 credits/lead)
  • High Equity — homeowners with 40%+ equity (8 credits/lead)
  • Federal Contract Awards — businesses that just won government contracts (20 credits/lead)
  • SBA Loan Recipients — businesses that just received SBA funding (12 credits/lead)
  • Building Permits — active construction and renovation projects (8 credits/lead)
  • Healthcare Professionals — licensed providers from the NPI Registry (20 credits/lead)
  • UCC Filings — businesses pledging assets as collateral (12 credits/lead)
  • Business Bankruptcy — Chapter 7 and 11 filings (15 credits/lead)
  • Tax Delinquent — property owners behind on taxes (15 credits/lead)
  • Mortgage Originations — geographic mortgage market data (5 credits/lead)

A pre-foreclosure lead is a property where the lender has filed a Notice of Default or Lis Pendens — signaling the homeowner is behind on payments and foreclosure may begin. It's the earliest public signal of distress, often months before any auction, which is why investors use it to reach motivated sellers early. Pre-foreclosure leads are 25 credits each ($25/lead) and include skip tracing.

A high equity lead is a homeowner with roughly 40% or more equity in their property, based on assessed value versus estimated mortgage balance. These owners can sell at a discount and still walk away with cash, making them strong candidates for cash offers. High equity leads are 8 credits each ($8/lead) and include skip tracing.

Businesses that recently received SBA funding, sourced from SBA.gov FOIA disclosure data. They're useful for vendors, lenders, and service providers targeting companies that just secured growth capital. SBA loan leads are 12 credits each and do not include skip tracing.

Businesses that have just won federal government contracts, sourced from USASpending.gov. Each record reflects a real award, making these companies strong prospects for B2B services and subcontracting. Federal contract leads are 20 credits each and do not include skip tracing.

Active construction and renovation projects, sourced from city and county open data portals. Ideal for suppliers, subcontractors, and home-services businesses that sell into active projects. Building permit leads are 8 credits each and do not include skip tracing.

Licensed healthcare providers — physicians, dentists, pharmacists, nurses, and more — sourced from the federal NPI Registry. Unlike most categories, these include a practice phone number directly from the registry, which is native source data rather than skip tracing. Healthcare professional leads are 20 credits each.

Businesses that have filed UCC financing statements — meaning they're pledging assets as collateral for loans or credit lines. Sourced from state Secretary of State databases, they signal companies actively financing growth. UCC filing leads are 12 credits each and do not include skip tracing.

Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 business bankruptcy filings, sourced from federal court records via CourtListener. They identify distressed businesses for asset buyers, turnaround firms, and restructuring advisors. Bankruptcy leads are 15 credits each and do not include skip tracing.

Property owners who are behind on property taxes, sourced from county tax collector public records. These owners often face a tax-lien sale, making them motivated sellers. Tax delinquent leads are 15 credits each and include skip tracing.

Mortgage origination leads are geographic market data on mortgage activity by county, sourced from the federal CFPB HMDA dataset. By federal privacy protection, HMDA contains no individual names or addresses — these records identify high-activity markets, counties, and loan types for geographic marketing, not specific people to contact. Mortgage origination data is 5 credits each.

No. Skip tracing — phone, email, and DNC status — is included only on pre-foreclosure, high equity, and tax delinquent leads. Healthcare professional leads include a practice phone number directly from the NPI Registry. All other categories — building permits, SBA loans, UCC filings, mortgage originations, federal contracts, and bankruptcy — do not include phone or email.

💳 Pricing & Billing

Credits, subscriptions, bundles, and payment details.

Everything runs on one universal credit wallet: $1 = 1 credit, and credits work on any lead category. You buy credits up front — through a monthly subscription or a one-time bundle — and each download deducts the credit cost of that category (for example, 1 credit for a standard business lead, 8 for a high equity lead, 20 for a federal contract). One balance, spend it anywhere.

Both fund the same credit wallet:

  • Subscriptions — a monthly credit grant that resets each month: Starter $49/mo (65 credits), Growth $149/mo (200), Pro $399/mo (550), Premium Pro $799/mo (1,150), Elite $1,499/mo (2,200). Credits never expire while the subscription is active.
  • Bundles — a one-time credit purchase with no subscription: $199 (250 credits), $549 (700), $999 (1,250), $1,499 (2,000), $2,999 (4,000). Bundle credits expire 12 months from purchase.

Subscription credits never expire while your subscription is active; if you cancel, any remaining subscription credits expire 90 days after cancellation. One-time bundle credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase. You can hold both at once — subscription credits are drawn down first, then bundle credits.

Yes — no contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing hello@dailyleadpro.com, and your access continues through the end of the current billing period. Bundle credits are unaffected and remain until their 12-month expiry.

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe. We don't accept PayPal, crypto, checks, or ACH at this time. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — DailyLeadPro never stores your card details.

Yes. You can change subscription tiers at any time — email hello@dailyleadpro.com and we'll move you to the right plan. You can also buy a one-time bundle on top of any subscription whenever you need more credits.

When your balance reaches zero, buy a one-time bundle for an instant top-up or upgrade your subscription tier for more monthly credits. Individual business leads can also be purchased separately from the cart without a subscription.

No. Bundles are a one-time purchase with nothing recurring, and subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contract — cancel whenever you like.

⚙️ Technical / Data

CSV format, data accuracy, duplicates, validation, and compliance.

The exact columns depend on the category, since each comes from a different government source.

  • Business leads include about 10 fields: Business Name, Filing Date, Document Number, Address, City, State, Zip, Registered Agent, Profile URL, and Industry.
  • Skip-traced verticals (pre-foreclosure, high equity, tax delinquent) add roughly 15 columns: Phone 1–3, Phone 1–3 Last Seen, Phone 1–3 DNC, Phone 1–3 Status, Email, Litigator Flag, and Skip Trace Status.
  • Other Data Hub categories carry the fields native to their source — for example award amount and agency on federal contracts, or loan amount and lender on SBA records.

DNC stands for Do Not Call. Each phone number returned by skip tracing is checked against the National DNC Registry and reported as Yes or No. Numbers flagged Yes are on the registry and may not be solicited via cold call under FTC regulations. DailyLeadPro LLC provides this flag for your awareness — compliance with DNC rules is your responsibility.

Line status is a real-time validation of whether a phone number is currently active and able to receive calls. Possible values:

  • active — number is in service
  • disconnected — number is no longer in service
  • unverified — could not be validated (valid format, no validator available)
  • error — number could not be parsed or lookup failed

Line status is validated using Twilio Lookup v2 (if configured) or NumVerify as a fallback.

All data is pulled directly from official government APIs and public records, so each field is as accurate as what the agency reports. Newly filed business records tend to be high quality because states require valid information at registration. That said, government data can be incomplete or lag real-world changes, and skip-traced contact details depend on the underlying address — so DailyLeadPro LLC provides the data as-is, without a warranty of completeness or accuracy.

It varies by source. Business registration leads update daily. SBA and federal contract data refresh roughly weekly to monthly as the agencies publish. HMDA mortgage data is released on an annual federal cycle. Court, permit, and county property sources update on their own schedules. In all cases, new records are added as soon as they're collected and validated.

No. Every lead is tracked by its unique record number per account, and anything you've already downloaded is automatically excluded from future queries — across subscriptions, bundles, and individual purchases. You won't receive the same record twice. If you ever believe you did, email hello@dailyleadpro.com and we'll investigate.

Several categories are financial-distress or financial-condition data — pre-foreclosure, business bankruptcy, tax delinquent, UCC filings, SBA loans, and high equity. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), this data may not be used to make decisions about a person's eligibility for credit, employment, insurance, or housing. These leads are for lawful B2B marketing only. See our Terms of Service for full detail.
