Overview of what DailyLeadPro is, who it's for, and how to get started.

DailyLeadPro is a B2B lead generation platform that delivers freshly filed business registrations and real estate property leads sourced from official government records. New business filings are scraped daily from state Division of Corporations databases across TX, FL, NC, and GA. Real estate leads — including pre-foreclosures and high equity homeowners — are sourced from county courthouse and property records.

Two main audiences:

  • Business service providers — contractors, accountants, insurance agents, tech vendors, cleaners, and anyone who sells to newly registered businesses. Reach them before competitors do.
  • Real estate investors — wholesalers and novation investors who need off-market motivated sellers. Pre-foreclosure, high equity, and probate leads with skip tracing included.

Currently TX, FL, NC, and GA for business leads — four of the highest-volume states for new business registrations in the US. Real estate leads cover FL, NC, GA, and TX depending on the county. New states are added regularly. Email hello@dailyleadpro.com if you need a specific state prioritized.

Business leads: scrapers run every day. New filings are added within 24 hours of being recorded in official public records. Real estate leads: county recorder data is pulled frequently — pre-foreclosure notices typically appear within 24–48 hours of being filed.

Skip tracing is the process of finding phone numbers and email addresses for a lead using the address and name on record. We use the BatchData API to look up contact information, then NumVerify to validate each phone number's line status (active, disconnected, or unverified). Results include up to 3 phone numbers with DNC flag and line status, plus an email address when available.

All leads are delivered as a CSV file, downloaded instantly after purchase. No email, no waiting, no setup. Compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, any CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel), and most dialers. The file is clean and ready to import with clearly labeled column headers.

There is no free trial with downloadable leads. However, creating an account gives you a free preview with access to the dashboard, where you can see lead counts, industries, and top cities before committing to a plan. The Standard plan at $49/mo is designed to be a low-risk entry point.

🏢 Business Leads

New business registrations from state Division of Corporations records.

Every lead is a newly registered LLC, corporation, or business entity as recorded by the state Secretary of State or Division of Corporations. These are businesses that just formed — they're actively setting up operations, hiring vendors, and making purchase decisions. Reaching them at this moment gives you a significant timing advantage over competitors who target established businesses.

Directly from official state government databases: TX Secretary of State / Comptroller, FL Division of Corporations (Sunbiz), NC Secretary of State, and GA Secretary of State. We do not use third-party aggregators or data brokers — the data is sourced at the origin, which means it's as accurate and fresh as it can be.

Standard industries — included on all plans from $49/mo and Standard bundles from $29:

Every business lead includes:

  • Business name and industry category
  • Registered agent name
  • Principal address (street, city, state, zip)
  • Filing / registration date
  • State of incorporation and filing source URL

With skip tracing added: up to 3 phone numbers with DNC flag and line status (active/disconnected/unverified), plus email address when available.

Skip tracing is an opt-in add-on for business leads. When purchasing individual leads, toggle "+ Skip Trace" on any industry row (+$0.50/lead). For subscription and bundle downloads, a skip trace checkbox is shown on the download page. After payment, we run each lead's address and registrant name through the BatchData API to return phone numbers, and then validate each number through NumVerify for line status. Skip tracing matches on approximately 70–80% of leads.

Yes. On the download page and the individual purchase cart, you can select a state from a dropdown and then a city within that state. The lead count updates dynamically to show how many new leads are available matching your filters. Leads already downloaded by you are excluded from the count and will never appear in your CSV twice.

🏠 Real Estate Leads

Off-market motivated seller leads for novation investors and wholesalers.

Pre-foreclosure (lis pendens) and high equity homeowner leads sourced from county courthouse and public property records. These are off-market properties where the owner may be financially motivated to sell quickly — making them ideal for real estate investors using novation contracts, wholesale assignments, or subject-to strategies. Skip tracing (phones, email, DNC) is automatically included with every real estate lead.

A pre-foreclosure lead is a property where the mortgage lender has filed a Notice of Default or Lis Pendens (depending on the state) — signaling that the homeowner is behind on payments and the lender may begin foreclosure proceedings. This is the earliest public signal of distress, typically 3–6 months before a foreclosure auction. Pre-foreclosure leads cost 3 credits each ($25/lead on individual purchase).

A high equity lead is a homeowner with 40% or more equity in their property based on the assessed value vs. estimated mortgage balance. These owners can sell at a discount and still walk away with cash — making them motivated candidates for cash offers, novation deals, and sub-to transactions. High equity leads cost 1 credit each ($8/lead on individual purchase).

Real estate leads use a credit system that reflects the varying value of each lead type:

  • High Equity: 1 credit per lead
  • Pre-Foreclosure: 3 credits per lead
  • Probate (coming soon): 3 credits per lead
  • Divorce filing (coming soon): 4 credits per lead

Credit bundles: Starter 30cr ($199), Investor 75cr ($399), Pro 150cr ($699), Power 300cr ($1,199), Elite 750cr ($2,499).

Real estate leads currently cover FL, NC, GA, and TX, with coverage varying by county within each state. Pre-foreclosure notices are sourced from county Register of Deeds offices and courthouse records. High equity leads are sourced from county appraisal district data. Coverage expands as new county sources are verified — new counties and states are added regularly.

Subscriptions, bundles, individual leads, and payment details.

Subscriptions ($49–$999/mo): monthly lead allowance that resets every month. Best for consistent, ongoing lead flow. Cancel anytime.

Bundles ($29–$2,999 one-time): a bank of leads that never expires and never resets. Download at your own pace. No subscription required.

Individual leads ($1–$12/lead): cherry-pick specific industries, quantities, and exclusivity. No minimum order. Ideal for targeted one-off campaigns.

You can hold a subscription and a bundle at the same time. Subscription allowance is always drawn from first, then bundle balance.

No. Bundle leads never expire and are not affected by subscription cancellation. They are a one-time purchase that stays in your account until you use them. Standard bundles give access to standard industries; Premium bundles give access to all industries.

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing hello@dailyleadpro.com. Your subscription access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. Bundle leads are unaffected.

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe. We do not accept PayPal, crypto, checks, or ACH at this time. All transactions are processed securely by Stripe — DailyLeadPro never stores your card information.

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time from the Plans & Bundles page in your account. Downgrades and plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle. To change your plan, email hello@dailyleadpro.com if you need help, or manage it directly through the checkout page in your account.

Your download page will show a zero balance and display options to purchase a bundle (instant one-time top-up) or buy individual leads from the cart. Your monthly allowance automatically resets at the start of each billing period. If you have bundle balance, you can continue downloading from that balance at any time.

Standard business lead CSV columns: Business Name, Filing Date, Document Number, Address, City, State, Zip, Registered Agent, Profile URL, Industry.

With skip tracing added: Phone 1, Phone 2, Phone 3, Phone 1 Last Seen, Phone 2 Last Seen, Phone 3 Last Seen, Phone 1 DNC, Phone 2 DNC, Phone 3 DNC, Phone 1 Status, Phone 2 Status, Phone 3 Status, Email, Litigator Flag, Skip Trace Status.

Real estate lead CSVs add: Property Address, Owner Name, Owner Mailing Address, Filing Date, Case Number, County, Amount Owed, Estimated Value, Estimated Equity, Lender.

DNC stands for Do Not Call. Each phone number returned by skip tracing is checked against the National DNC Registry and reported as Yes or No. Numbers flagged Yes are on the registry and may not be solicited via cold call under FTC regulations. We provide this data for your awareness — compliance with DNC rules is your responsibility.

Line status is a real-time validation of whether a phone number is currently active and capable of receiving calls. Possible values:

  • active — number is in service
  • disconnected — number is no longer in service
  • unverified — could not be validated (valid format, no validator available)
  • error — number could not be parsed or lookup failed

Line status is validated using Twilio Lookup v2 (if configured) or NumVerify as a fallback.

Business registration data comes directly from official government databases, so the business name, address, and filing date are as accurate as the registrant provided to the state. Address accuracy for newly registered businesses is high (most states require a valid mailing address). Skip-traced phone and email accuracy depends on the quality of the address on record and how recently the contact database was updated — typical match rates are 70–80%.

The platform database is updated continuously — leads are added as soon as they're collected and validated.

No. Every lead you download is tracked by its unique document or record number. The system automatically excludes leads you've already downloaded from all future queries — whether from subscriptions, bundles, or individual purchases. You will never receive the same lead twice across any download method. If you believe you received a duplicate, email hello@dailyleadpro.com and we'll investigate.
